Wolfspeed's SiC design-win pipeline was accelerating faster than its sales organisation could cover. OEM programmes in the Midwest and California needed dedicated account directors with EV traction-inverter credibility — not generalist semiconductor sellers reassigned from other lines.

Three account directors were placed in six months. Pipeline coverage expanded across five new OEM programmes, with shorter cycle times from first meeting to design-in support.
