Vertiv's new lithium-ion UPS line needed enterprise sellers with hyperscale datacentre relationships across EMEA — four hires in four months.

Vertiv was launching a lithium-ion UPS line aimed at hyperscale operators. Enterprise sellers with existing datacentre infrastructure relationships were scarce, and the internal team was still building EMEA coverage for the new portfolio.

PER searched across the UK, Ireland and Benelux for sellers who had carried multi-megawatt power projects — not traditional enterprise IT hardware reps.

Four enterprise sellers were placed in four months. EMEA pipeline opened across three hyperscale accounts, with faster progression from introductory meetings to technical workshops.
