Embedded RPO for power-management validation.

A broad PMIC portfolio refresh across two Dallas sites outpaced TI's validation headcount — until a six-month PER embed took ownership of test and validation hiring.

Texas Instruments was refreshing a broad PMIC portfolio across two Dallas sites. Validation headcount could not keep pace, and hiring managers were interviewing candidates who lacked the mix of automated test, silicon bring-up and documentation discipline TI required.

Three PER recruiters embedded for six months, owning validation and test-engineering pipelines end to end. They attended stand-ups, tracked requisition priority weekly, and screened for hands-on lab experience — not just résumé keywords.

Fourteen validation engineers were hired. Time-to-fill fell thirty-two percent versus the prior-year baseline, and the embed closed with a documented sourcing playbook TI's internal team could reuse.
